MLQ Worlds Weekend Announced

Join us in New York City for a weekend of MLQ and international quadball July 21-23, 2023!

MLQ is excited to announce MLQ Worlds Weekend on July 21-23, following the 2023 IQA World Cup

MLQ Worlds Weekend will kick off on Friday, July 21 with a welcome party and then continue on Saturday, July 22 with the MLQ Worlds Skills Event. The event will consist of a series of skills workshops and challenges (with prizes!) and quadball seminars, leading up to a night of quadball under the lights as the New York Titans host the Forge in a best of three MLQ series. Last season, the Forge reclaimed the East Division title, but the series was a nail-biter. Tickets for the series will be available early 2023.

On Sunday, athletes from around the globe are invited to participate in an international fantasy tournament in New York City–with a twist. Tournament general managers will be pairs of athletes: one from the U.S. and one from another country. You can sign up together or solo via this form. Solo signups will be paired at random. After general managers are announced on June 1, a draft date will be set. The pairs will participate in a snake-style draft to select a team that will help them bring home the international title.

In order to participate in the skills workshops and/or the fantasy tournament, you will need to fill out this form and purchase a ticket. Programming is open to players of all skill levels, and attendees are welcome to participate in one or both of the events. Those that sign up for both will receive a discounted rate.

Plan to attend MLQ Worlds Weekends, but would rather volunteer, referee or snitch than participate? Our volunteer signup is now open. If you have additional questions, email events@mlquadball.com.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to play, learn and grow with athletes from around the globe!
